Cool and Sunny Mollymook Beach by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting and is ready to hang,

It is the 10th of December, nearly two weeks into Summer and it feels like Winter. We ventured off to the northern end of Mollymook Beach this morning in our van with a coffee in hand and were amazed, that there was no one in sight, in a place which is normally packed.
I was delighted to have no one in my way, and started painting, aiming to capture the brisk freshness of the scene. against Bannister Headland.

This painting is framed and does not require glass, which means no reflections in the glass and a clear view, just as if you were there!
The painting is mounted to treated board, has 3 coats of UV archival spray, then double wax -varnished making it fully protected from any soiling or moisture. A laminated certificate of authenticity is attached to the back of the painting.

Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hope it resonates with you too. I hope that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and brightens up a space in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.
