Artwork Description

Watercolour on paper, ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

"Dinghy at the Inlet" by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting fully framed and ready to hang.

I remember wading through the water at Narrawallee Inlet being inspired and taking photos to remind of the pleasantries there. To me, tinnies beached on the sand symbolise happy holidays to come. Narrawallee Inlet is a favourite family destination. The tinnie is on the sand up against the bank with largish rocks on the sand and curly-trunked trees all round.

Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hope it resonates with you too. I hope that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and that it brightens up a special spot in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.

Images:  The painting has been professionally scanned depicting the colours as true as possible.

The painting is framed under glass in a white wood-grain frame with a double ivory coloured acid-free mount, foam board backing and ready to hang.
