The painting was finished the day before the Russia-Ukraine war started in February 23, 2022. The portrait of the Ukrainian MMA fighter Olena Kolesnik. Olena depicts in the traditional clothing of Ukraine.
My intention was to give the imagination of strong women from Ukraine, who I personally know and Olena is one of them. She has her interesting life story which teaches always be a real beautiful woman in any fight for the title, for freedom, for life.
The artwork is currently exhibiting in Wuhan, China. After purchasing it will be immediately shipped out to a buyer and be delivered in about 2 weeks.
