This work is inspired by some of the beautiful water nymphs in the paintings of John William Waterhouse. I am a fan of the Pre-Raphaelite artists and painted this homage in 2020. I believe it represents a lovely combination of innocence and sensuality, and would hang beautifully in a bedroom, or a living room, as a single artwork, or in a grouping of small works.
