I love to peek into rockpools and see what I find. I find them so fascinating and always surprising! They offer a time of reflection, to sit and watch - in this case how the sea anemones playfully float about in the gentle sway of the waves. There is no resistance, they just go with the flow. A timely reminder for us to reflect on the pace of our lives and to live more mindfully.
