This majestic old hotel in Fremantle Western Australia has a long and interesting history. It started as a shop in 1868 before being rebuilt as a hotel several times. It has seen murder, fatal knife fights between soldiers in WE2, two fires that nearly destroyed it and now it is a trendy restaurant and spectacular rooftop bar. It is a great piece of architecture and I really enjoyed painting it.
