It's been a while since we've enjoyed the great outdoors, driving up the Blue Mountains, so I've had to refer to reference photos previously taken. I felt the need to play around with the lovely translucent watercolours medium and "Autumn in the Blue Mountains in Mount Wilson Village" is my latest fall landscape.. I love how the leaves seem to come alive with their yellow, orange and red hues glowing against darker background in the Autumn months especially when it's a cool sunny day.
