Artwork Description

Watercolour on paper

Signed on the front.

Meet "Cheeky Crimson Rosella" the 1st one in my series. A gorgeous coloured bird native to our country and we found this one up in the Blue Mountains National Park. We were visiting Govetts Leap Lookout at Blackheath while it was being upgraded. So we had to park at the Cultural Centre and walked along the path parallel to the road, when we saw him sitting on a branch, watching us. He was obviously munching away at his food and didn't seem to mind us coming closer. He seemed to enjoy hubby taking pics of him too.
