"Govetts Leap, Blue Mountains" was inspired by one of the many visits to this spectacular lookout in Blackheath, high up in the Blue Mountains National Park. It's not only the rugged cliff faces in shadow as well as the cliffs glowing in early afternoon sunshine that caught my eye, but also the sheer distance along the Grose Valley, covered with lush vegetation under blue skies with fluffy white clouds.

Original painting created in October 2020. Signed on the front.
Artist quality Acrylics on thick canvas stretched over kiln dried pine stretcher bars, painting continued around the sides. Ready to hang.
Finished with Satin Spray Varnish for protection.
Signed Certificate of Authenticity is included.
