An early piece I created soon after I began taking watercolour classes in 2013. One of my first efforts using a halfsheet size Arches watercolour paper 300gsm and Winsor and Newton professional watercolours. I also used a minute amount of pastel.
I was inspired by the distant ranges to the right of the plateau, the track winding it's way up the plateau and it's rugged cliffs.
Original painting created in 2013 and sold at the Blue Mountains Artfest in Wentworth Falls in 2014.
