Last year was testing to say the least, I found that to be the case for more reasons other than Covid. Throughout it I kept trying to stay positive and look forward, music was a big help with that. Adrian Eagle is one of those voices who kept me in a positive mindset. His voice and the stories in his music are up lifting, everyones had challenging times in their own way i'll never claim that i've had a particularly tough life because I haven't...but hearing someone sing about their past and making something great out of it...that helps to add a little perspective on your own problems and it makes them seem more manageable, and they are something that can be overcome. Thats inspiring.
Ive spoken to him a bit, we are fans of each others art forms. I hope one day soon i'll get to meet him in person, I owe the man a thank you for the music.
This is my way of saying thanks until then, celebrating the guy who keeps others feeling so positive.
