Although I am not doing work on vintage maps or other ephemera this year, I will be offering very few limited edition prints of selected works. 'Picking Penguins' was an oil on a 1950s Atlantic road map of NSW, from Dubbo to the NSW/Victorian border. I loved that the colours on a 60 year old map were still vibrant and those little Australian animals fit perfectly into the composition. This stretched canvas has been beautifully finished at the back and all the sides have reverse images of the map. Ready to hang. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. No more will be reproduced after the ten have sold.
