Well this took me out of my comfort zone, a water scene. Kim Hart showed me how to do this and I really enjoyed it, water is always hard to get right.. On the Canning Stock Route south of the Aboriginal community of Billilina is a permanent river basin, all part of Sturt Creek, a place where we stopped for lunch on the second day of the sixteen days of the tour south. Great place, I often dug deep in the mud for freshwater mussels and cooked them up for the punters, yea not the best to eat! Often saw Jabiru, Brolgas and pelicans about the place, the locals told me the fishing is great as well. One of the teams heading north back to Broome camped here one night and said that they were attacked by mozzies, from sundown to sunlight, they didn't do that again.
