Metallic and fluorescent acrylic paints adorn this butterfly painting. I have incorporated my interpretation of butterflies into a few of my paintings now. It is my desire for the viewer to feel a sense of calm and serenity as you are taken on this butterfly journey and his dreaming story. I want the viewer to absorb the calm and serenity of the detail in this piece. I tentatively used fluorescent and metallic paints to widen my artistic scope. I also want this painting to serve as a reminder that life is short, so embrace it and go where ever the breeze blows. 2016
