This artwork evolved when I was in a very free flowing mood and whilst listening to peaceful music. I did a slight sketch but the beauty of this just came into being as I peacefully took my time painting. I decided to let the colours of the flowers and stems bleed slightly to give the beautiful flowing feel to the painting. This painting brings peace and harmony to any room. I consider my paintings to be semi-abstract as they evolve mostly from my imagination. I noticed recently that my painting portrays Sweetpeas.
I used Daniel and Smith Watercolours on Arches 300gsm watercolour paper and black fine liner
