Watercolour on paper
Signed on the front.
I set out to paint a Watercolour Cityscape and I chose some my favourite colours, being Teal, Emerald and Turquoise . I decided to ad the umber and brown to lift the work and create depth. I really enjoyed creating this work and applied white Gouache for the cloud/fog effect above the buildings.
The final touch was when I applied one of my favourite Daniel Smith colours called Interference Silver, this was applied with a Palette knife.
This painting looks stunning when framed and also goes well in different colour frames including gold.
