Quiet Grazing in the Capertee Valley by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting.
Anica says: "Inspired by our recent trip to the Capertee Valley, as we drove along the quiet roads and admired the breathtaking landscape of mostly flat valley embraced by the iconic escarpment of cliff tops. The Capertee Valley is one of the world's largest canyons and feels like a world of its own.
Part of a series, this atmospheric painting depicts the quiet peacefulness felt by all including the cattle in the valley. The road with trees either side meanders through the countryside and has a beautiful vista where ever you look."
Mission: Anica strives to express emotion in her artwork and hopes it resonates with you too. She hopes that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and that it brightens up a special spot in your home. Her style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.
