I recently stayed in a cottage called the Treehouse where the owners had left bird seed so that we could feed the galahs. These were just two of the birds that came to join us for morning tea every morning and they were a delight to watch. This is the second painting of these birds in this series.

The coral is yellow, blue, purple and pink coloured with green and pink parrot fish and clown fish and other small tropical fish swimming over the reef.The Basin swimming area at Rottnest Island, with the sheds and pine trees in the background. The foreground features the reef surrounding the island, a favourite swimming and snorkeling spot for holidaymakers.
