This print started off as a soft pastel drawing of a vase of flowers. I digitised the pastel drawing and added some filters using image manipulation software on the computer. I wanted the printed image to have a look and feel of an oil painting. I also wanted to create an abstract image with the hint of the vase and flowers peaking through. If you look closely there is a jug at the bottom half holding the flowers in the top half.
