Australian Wood Duck  with His Duckling by Michelle Dujmovic

My painting is of a  male Australian  Wood Duck with one of his ducklings. We often have families of Wood Ducks visit our garden in the spring time. It is so beautiful and such a privilge to see the ducklings grow under the parent's protective instincts.

The painting has a light wash around the bottom of the painting which is easier to see on the photo of the painting with the matt board.

Painted in high quality, Artist grade watercolours and  on textured Arches cold pressed paper 300gsm. The painting has a wide professional matt board ready to be framed to your preference. Internal window size is: 36cm width x 30.5cm height, with matt board total measurements are: 50cm width x 45.5cm height.

The painting is great addition to a natural history collection and suits both a modern and traditional interior.
