There is something special about leaving Winter behind and embracing Spring, with the beginning of new growth and cheerful coloured flowers to leave the winter months behind. And, one just go by the beautiful flowers of our Eucalyptus trees, in this case it's the Silver Princess with it's dainty pink blossoms, which look a treat in the landscape.

a Blue Mountains landscape of a different kind and angle, we're standing at the bottom of the stairs at the Katoomba Falls looking up and watching the water gently cascade down the cliff face ending in what looks like pools of liquid gold, being the reflections of the wintry midday sunlight from above.is a landscape painting enriched with vibrant colours both in the sky as well as on land, using bold brushstrokes. There is a lead in path with a dominant gum tree in bright red and orange colours with green and red foliage with a field of ripe canola crop. The distance is made up of shrubs and trees and hills adding depth to this artwork. a lovely grove of old silver birches with their glorious crown of foliage changing colours in the cool autumn months with rocks and plants as undergrowthunder a blue sky with increasing pastel coloured cloud cover is the winding Tumut River with a number of deciduous trees glowing with fall colours in sunshine growing along it's banks and their reflections in the slow moving water.

More rocky formations are seen in the distance creating a dramatic skyline with clear blue skies and scattered clouds adding depth to this painting.under a lovely light blue, pink and white morning sky, with the deep dark blue ocean in the far distance, rocky coastline and the two ocean pools known as Icebergs at Bondi Beach with some big waves smashing into the outer pool edge and parts of the iconic building of Surf Life Saving Australia.
