This arrangement of goods for sale at a local outdoor Sunday market was painted just as I found it. Pieces of vintage Australian pottery mixed with kitsch modern crockery caught the light and the eye. The tactile nature of the surfaces was very interesting to me as well as the strange human quality of some of the items.
