Artwork Description

Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

We have a tree across the road from our house that attracts a lot of cheeky red tail black cockatoos. I’m always out catching photos of them. This cockatoo was eating the seeds that they had dropped all over the road. She was startled by a passing car just as I took the photo. I loved the shadow and the wonderful shape that this bird has been captured in and I’ve been waiting for the right time to make a painting based on it. This painting looks great against various wall colours and works with various styles of home.
