This image has had me captivated for some time. I am mesmerised by the intricate beauty, geology and intense interactions between the elements that have created this Tiger Iron slab aeons before we walked the earth. More subdued under natural light, the polished slab comes to life under studio lighting by being able to manage the reflections and metallic elements within the slab's structure.
More recently, the work has reminded me of our journey through life. The pressures we face, the pain, moments of darkness and despair, but delicately intertwined with rewarding moments of gold that live as treasured personal memories. Our path is not always linear, yet we move forward on a journey to creating something beautiful.
Fine Art Prints of this work are printed on Hahnemühle Metallic Photo Rag to highlight the metallic elements and vibrance of the original subject.

Limited to an edition of just 10 of each image, Collector Editions are shipped unmounted and unframed. Once professionally matted, prints will be ideally framed in a 16x20in / 40x50cm frame.
